Please thoroughly read these policies to understand our processing and shipping timeframes. We are not a giant e-commerce company. We are a very small company offering the best service we can!
Most of our products are made once an order is placed. Production often takes between 1-2 days (and up to 3 days depending upon the time of year). We highly encourage ordering at least a week in advance.
Custom Orders - if you are placing a custom order, please allow at least two weeks for production.
We ship both locally and nationwide via FEDEX. Once your order is ready for shipping (between 1-3 days after placing your order), the following shipping timeframes apply.
PLEASE NOTE ** DUE TO FEDEX SHIPPING DAYS, ORDERS CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE SUNDAY OR MONDAY FOR A SHIPPING ORDER**
Fresh Flower Orders
We ship priority overnight via FEDEX. Once your fresh flower order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within one business day.
Dried Flower Orders
COLORADO: Orders shipped within Colorado typically arrive within one business day once shipped. (see production times above)
NATIONWIDE: Dried flower orders shipped nationwide arrive between 2-3 business days once shipped.
If you need your order to arrive quickly, please contact us directly to rush your order. A rush order fee will apply.
We are happy to offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our 1801 Blake St shop. We have partnered with DoorDash to offer this delivery service. Local orders placed on our website or through DoorDash can be received same day within business hours. Our business hours are daily 11AM-5PM. Please note, orders take a minimum of 3 hours to process and deliver.
LOCAL PICK UP:
Non-custom orders placed for local pick up can be made and picked up within the same day. Please note, orders take a minimum of 3 hours to process for pick up. This only applies to products listed on our website - custom orders can take up to 2 weeks for production.

We LOVE what we do. We create out of passion and joy. We are a very small, but mighty team. We are REAL humans doing the very best we can to create beauty for you, your loved ones and friends. We are NOT machines. There are days when we receive more orders than we can complete. On such days, we will do our very best to communicate with you and keep you informed regarding your order.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order or wait time, please refrain from contacting our staff with ugly words. As the owner and founder of this company, I do not accept or allow for unkind words or harshness toward my staff. You may contact me directly, email@example.com to share your frustrations.
